- General DiscussionOur bodies need lots of different vitamins and minerals and luckily if we carefully choose our foods, we can use it as medicine. That being said, variety is the spice of life! I'm a big fan of switching things up in the kitchen. Since our bodies work on different organs and glands from season to season, it's super important to eat seasonally and choose foods for said body parts. What are some of your favorites?
